Is this a fit for my team?
It fits teams of 10–150 that already pay for Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini and want it used safely, with people's judgement intact. It isn't a fit if you want a one-off AI keynote to entertain the room.
Is our data safe during training?
Exercises use real tasks with confidential details taken out, in the AI tool your company already pays for. The Safe and smart session, part of every package, teaches your team exactly what's safe to paste. Q&A is kept out of the recordings, since that's where internal details come up.
Do we need an AI policy first?
No. Safe and smart covers what's safe to paste either way. If you want a written policy, Secure AI Setup includes one, and Setup + Training ($10,000 CAD) does both.
What if our team is bigger than 15?
We run parallel cohorts of up to 15 people each, so exercises stay hands-on and everyone gets their questions answered.
Can new hires use the recordings later?
Yes. Every session is cut into 10–15 minute chapters, and a new-hire licence lets you use them to onboard future staff.
Not sure training is what you need?
If the tool can't reach your work or nobody knows the rules, training won't fix it. An assessment tells you which it is.
